Medical and health insurance claim form with stethoscope on clipboard

Do  you take my insurance?

There are many insurance companies and we accept most. Each company offers different types of policies, so while we may take one type of policy for a company we may not be “in-network” with another type of policy.  We do not participate with any policy that require the selection of a PCP (which is usually printed on your card); if you have an out-of-network option and choose to use that option, you will be responsible for a greater share of the costs.

Many of the policies and companies we do participate with are listed below. If you do not see your insurance listed, you may send an inquiry to  An image of your insurance card will help determine your benefits (you may include in your email or fax with your inquiry to 202-667-0532 attn:  Jacqueline W. Schick, Administrator).
