D.C. Marriage Applications require Certified Syphilis Testing

We offer:

• Immediate Syphilis Blood Test in our Office
• Certification “Blue” Card required by the District government
• Consultation with the physician.
• Copies of the results and the medical record at the time of service.

Fee of $100.00 includes testing, certification card, and consultation with the physician.

Please schedule your appointment between 12PM to 3 PM if possible.
